What size am I?

If you are unsure about sizing, please refer to our size guide, listed below each products description. North Swim pieces are designed to be minimal, so if you are in between sizes, have a bigger bust or prefer more coverage, we always recommend sizing up.

Our swim pieces are designed and made in Australian women’s sizing.

To ensure your swim gives you the perfect fit, please read the size guide carefully. Measure your fit using a soft, cloth tape around the guided areas.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do! Please enter your shipping address at checkout to calculate international shipping costs. If you have any trouble with entering an address or if it says we do not deliver to your location, please email us at hello@norththelabel.com and we will look into this for you. 

Delivery Options

We offer three shipping options for domestic orders within Australia. We now also ship worldwide and orders placed outside Australia will give you the option for standard international shipping. All pricing throughout our website is in AUD.

- Standard Shipping $9.00

- Express Shipping $14.00

- Free Standard Shipping on orders over $250.00

- Standard International Shipping $14.95-$24.95

Delivery Timeframes

 

  • Standard Shipping: 5-8 business days
  • Express Shipping: 2-5 business days
  • International Shipping 6-21 business days

 

As North the Label is based in a rural location in Western Australia, our delivery timeframes are a little longer than average. 

Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on your location and other factors beyond our control. Thank you for understanding.

Order Processing 

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. During holidays, peak periods or sales, processing times may be slightly longer


Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and estimated delivery date


Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by Australia Post. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact Australia Post directly


Delivery Delays

While we strive to meet our estimated delivery timeframes, we cannot guarantee delivery dates. Delays may occur due to circumstances 🐰 beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, postal service issues, or public holidays. We are not liable for any losses or damages resulting from delivery delays


Incorrect Address

It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. We are not liable for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery attempts


Unclaimed Packages

Packages returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or unclaimed status may incur additional shipping charges for re-delivery

 

International Shipping

 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and will not be covered by our store. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on potential fees before placing an order.

Customs Delays

Please note that customs inspections can sometimes cause delays beyond our control. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your package has been handed over to the carrier, it is the responsibility of the carrier to ensure it is delivered safely. If your package is lost or stolen during transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue, but we are not responsible for lost or stolen international shipments.


Liability Limitation

Our liability for any loss or damage arising from shipping issues is limited to the cost of reshipping the item or refunding the purchase price, at our discretion.


By placing an order with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these shipping terms and conditions.

 

 

 

What is your returns policy?

We understand Australian sizing can vary between different brands, so we offer a range of options to create a fair and practical returns policy.

You can view our returns policy here. Please read our policy thoroughly before making a purchase.

We offer returns on unworn, unwashed items for an exchange of size or style at the same value, or a store credit. 

We want you to love your purchase, although we understand mistakes can happen. All returns and exchanges must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. To create a smooth exchange process, please ensure you are completely happy with your purchase before removing any tags or stickers from your item/s.

 

Exchange Policy – wrong size

We offer exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. If you have received your item and it is the wrong size, we offer an exchange for another size or style of the same value. Our return policy allows you to exchange eligible items within 14 days, provided they meet the following conditions:

- The item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

- All tags and hygiene liners are intact and attached. 

 

To request an exchange:

 

  1. Contact our customer service team at hello@norththelabel.com
  2. Specify the item you wish to exchange and the desired replacement.
  3. We will provide you with return instructions.

 

Please note that exchanges are subject to stock availability, in which case you may choose another item or receive a store credit. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the original item back to us. 

 

Returns Policy – faulty item

We pride ourselves on delivering high quality products at North the Label, although we understand that sometimes an item may have slipped through our quality control process. Our return policy allows you to return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order, provided they meet the following conditions:

- The item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original, brand new condition.

- All tags and hygiene liners are intact and attached.

- You have noted a fault in our manufacturing process.

 

If you believe you have received a faulty item and would like to initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your message and photo of the fault at hello@norththelabel.com . For eligible faulty items, North will cover the cost of shipping the item back to us.

  

Change of Mind Policy – store credit

While we are not legally required to offer refunds for change of mind, we understand that sometimes a purchase may not be quite right. In these cases, we offer store credit for eligible items returned within 14 days of receipt.

 

To be eligible for store credit:

- The item must be in perfect condition, unworn, and unwashed

- All tags and hygiene liners must be intact and attached

- The item must not be marked as final sale or purchased during a promotional event

 

Store credit will be issued for the value of the returned item(s) once we have received and inspected the return.

 

Returns and Exchanges - Additional Information

- We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges if items do not meet our policy requirements. 

- Faulty items will be assessed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

- Sale items, warehouse sale items, and sample items are not eligible for return or exchange unless faulty.

 

By offering store credit instead of cash refunds, we aim to encourage mindful purchasing while still providing flexibility to our valued customers.

    How should I wash my North pieces?

    We recommend hand washing your garments with a mild detergent in cold water only. Hang or lay your pieces in the shade to dry, to avoid the harsh sun rays from discolouring your swim. To view our full care instructions, clickhere.
